In order to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and ensure that each client receives the attention they need, we implement a 10% cancellation fee for any tutoring sessions that are canceled. This fee is charged because the cancellation results in an opportunity loss, as another client could have been scheduled in the vacant time slot. The time and resources allocated for your session cannot be filled on short notice, causing delays and a disruption to our service delivery. As a result, the 10% cancellation fee compensates for the wasted time and the delay caused to our other clients, ensuring we maintain a fair and equitable schedule for everyone.

Rescheduling: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule. If this notice is not given, or if a session is canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee may be charged. We understand that circumstances arise, but this policy helps to protect the time and availability of both clients and our team.
